Theological Stance

(We=the Catholic Church)

1. We believe all that the Ordinary and Extraordinary Magisterium taught in the Catholic Church from the time of Christ up until the year 1958.

2. We believe that John XXIII (1958-1963), Paul VI (1963-1978), JP I (1978), JP II (1978-2005), Benedict XVI (2005-present) were all modernist and religious syncretist Antipopes.

3. We believe that Vatican II was a heretical council, with teachings that were previously condemned by the Catholic Church, including the supposedly “infallible” statements in Vatican II that propose 1) Muslims worship the one true God (Lumen Gentium #16), 2) That the Sacraments can be given to heretics and schismatics (Orientalium Ecclesiarum #27), 3) That non-Catholic churches are a means of salvation (Unitatis Redintegratio #3).

4.We believe that the the heretical nature of Vatican II is confirmed by 1) the doctrinal interpretation of Vatican II by Paul the VI and his successors in their decrees, bulls, encyclicals, and catechisms 2) the abominations perpetrated by Paul VI and his successors against the First Commandment of God, in the form of ecumenical ceremonies which constitute false worship, even to pagan deities in some cases; (3) the alteration of the Sacred Liturgy in such a way that the Catholic Mass has been replaced by a Protestant supper service; (4) the tampering with the matter and form of the sacraments so that many of them, but most notably the Holy Eucharist and Holy Orders, labor under doubt or invalidity; (5) the promulgation of disciplines, especially the 1983 Code of Canon Law and the Ecumenical Directory, which approve of sacrilege against the Holy Eucharist and the Sacrament of Matrimony, and which demonstrate heresies concerning the unity of the Church as their theoretical basis; (6) the scandalous mockery made of the Sacrament of Matrimony by the granting of annulments for spurious reasons, constituting an abandonment of the sacred doctrine of the indissolubility of marriage; (7) the fact that Paul VI and his successors are in communion with manifest heretics, have openly declared themselves to be in communion with non-Catholic sects, and have recognized an apostolic mission in schismatic and Lutheran bishops, all of which destroys the unity of faith.

5.We believe that their modernist hierarchy, in their new “Novus Ordo,” church, is stripped of all and every authority.

6. We believe that the sodomy and pedophilia crises in the “Novus Ordo” church are CLEAR EVIDENCE of the lack of one of the true marks of the Catholic Church, namely, the mark of Holiness.

7. We believe that there has been a “Great Apostasy,” from the Catholic Faith, by the majority of Catholics, and that this was predicted by Holy Scripture and was inevitable.

8. We believe that the Catholic Church is infallible in her Doctrinal, Disciplinarian, and Liturgical worship, and that the new Novus Ordo church clearly departs from the Teachings, Discipline, and Liturgy of the true Catholic Church.

9. We believe that Jurisdiction is necessary for the conferral of the Sacraments, and for the administration of the Church, and that this DOGMA of jurisdiction was instituted by Christ, and that this is what traditionalists and sedevacantists typically ignore, and thus are not Catholic.

10. We believe that Jurisdiction emanates from the Papacy and that this is a Revealed Dogma of the Catholic Church.

11. We believe that an appeal to Epikeia for the purpose of conferring the Sacraments, and other Offices of the Church, is WRONG because (1) in its current application it leads to a judgement of the Law, (2) epikeia is used on a case by case basis, and not on a habitual basis, (3) in this application, it acts as a negligent and restrictive force against the fulfillment of a higher law, namely, the election of a Pope. (4) there is a simpler and more important solution, and that is to elect a Pope.

12. We believe that God gives us natural graces and expects us to act in a natural way, and not rely on extraordinary miracles when ordinary action can be taken. “To tempt God is to expect Him to work in an extraordinary manner when something can be accomplished by other means.” Ven. Louis of Grenada.

13. We believe that the RESPONSIBILITY OF A PAPAL ELECTION DEVOLVES UPON THE CHURCH IN GENERAL (this is the UNANIMOUS OPINION OF THE THEOLOGIANS AND CANONISTS who treat on the matter) when the hierarchy fails to act, for whatever reason, and we believe that this is the mind of the law giver.  This is a matter of the Natural Law, since the Catholic Church is a perfect society.

14. We believe that the laity can elect the Pope when all other means fail, because (1) there are no other options (2) it is prudent to act because the alternative is anarchy (3) the 1059 decree of Pope Nicholas II allowing the Laity to Vote in a Papal Election.

15. We believe that in 1990, the remaining faithful Catholic laity rallied and elected a Pope in the United States of America, and this election produced the current Holy Father, H.H. Pope Michael I, formerly known as David Bawden.

16. We believe that this election is binding on every creature that wishes to be called Catholic.

17. We believe that is necessary for those who wish to return to the Catholic Church to make a formal profession of faith to H.H. Pope Michael I at the Vatican in Exile, in the United States. Contact us to make the profession of faith.
